Part of OS2I delivery system, the role lies as Customer Support Executive to help our existing & prospective customers. Your role is to deliver projects successfully from the moment they come in our marketplace. By having good communication skill over the phone, via email, Face to face Or Social Media you role is to provide excellent support on their posted projects to generate revenue. Your work should be precise, professional & quick to please our customers.

Account Executive Role

  • Account Executive will be accountable for delivery of projects from their identification (either by sales or by inbound channels) through to their kick off. Specifically…
  • Understand the needs of the customer (not just their wants, but their specific business requirements)
  • Understand how the customer will make their decisions, who will be involved and how the project is being funded
  • Produce a clear and compelling brief and liaise with the community team to drive the best experts/service providers ( to submit pitches
  • Work with Experts to fine tune pitches so that they have maximum impact, ultimately achieving a high personal conversion rate
  • Use sound business logic to accelerate projects to kick off stage and maximise revenues
  • Produce commercially sound Statements of Work, that achieves the business goals of both revenue maximisation and a shortened lead time to cash generation
  • Account Executive should take responsibility for business development (getting projects listed) through social media, professional contacts and direct support of the Sales team. Some time each day should be ring-fenced for such activities.
  • Take active responsibility for the realisation of cash from projects that have kicked off, supporting the projects and payments team to liaise with customer and/or experts as and when required
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries,communicating across a wide range of mediums and with individuals at all levels across the globe
  • Keep excellent notes and accurate records of customer communications
  • Be a source of knowledge and support to all customers, both internal and external
  • Account Executive should Engage on with community via social media and marketplace to get upto date understanding of sales
  • Contribute to the production of weekly Customer Success team performance data and the administration of regular customer surveys and the development and updating of support documentation and information
  • Lead the successful resolution of customer issues and complaints, ensuring learning points are utilised to improve processes and products
  • Assist as required across a variety of activities (Communications, product updates, events etc…)
